Approach
I work with causes, not symptoms. Aggression, anxiety, fear, reactivity — these are signals, not problems to suppress. The dog behaves this way for a reason. My job is to understand that reason and find a solution that fits this particular dog and this particular family.
No pain, fear, or intimidation. I don't blame owners for their dog's behavior — that's not productive. We work with what we have.
Environment management often matters more than endless training. Sometimes the best solution is changing the context, not drilling commands. "Sit" won't fix fear. Distance will.
I'm honest about limits. Genetics can't be changed. Early trauma can be managed but not erased. Some dogs will never be "friendly to everyone" — and that's okay. The goal is a dog who can cope with life without chronic stress.
